ReCrearte Workshop at the Biblioteca Infantil y Juvenil República Dominicana– BIJRD

Join the ReCrearte program for a recycled art workshop! The workshops are taught by Bertha Santana and seek to raise awareness of the three principles of solid waste management: reduce, reuse, and recycle. The event will educate young Dominicans about the principles of recycling and how to turn waste materials such as wood, plastic, and textiles into decorative objects of practical use (bags, earrings, necklaces, etc.). The session is open to students and to members of the BIJRD.
